  1. Add Tofu & Mango cubes into glass.
  2. Add mango puree , Soyamilk and Ice in a high-powered blender, blend on until all ingredients are well combined.

  2. Heat up Soyamilk to 50-55°C.
  3. Pouring Soyamilk into the glass.

Mushroom Fettuccine In Creamy Soyamilk Sauce

Fettuccine 120g
Vegetable oil 15g
Bacon 40g
Onion 30g
Portobello mushroom 35g
Vitasoy Café For Baristas Soyamilk 50ml
Egg yolk one
Salt to taste 1/3tsp
Pepper to taste 1/3tsp
  Directions
  1. Cook the pasta for 6 minutes, until al dente. Drain the pasta. Set aside.
  2. Saute the vegetable oil and bacon. Add sliced onion and portobello mushroom and stir quickly until soft.
  3. Pour soyamilk to it. Add pasta then continue stir-fry until almost thicken, turn off the heat.
  4. Added egg yolk and salt. Mixed thoroughly.
  5. Season with a pinch of black pepper. Serve.

Japanese Pumpkin 600g
Garlic 2 cloves
Thyme 1 sprig
Olive oil 15g
Water 500ml
Vitasoy Café For Baristas Soyamilk 500ml
Quinoa 20g
  Directions
  1. Put the Quinoa in water and bring it to boil for 15 minutes. Take out and soak under a cold water. Set aside.
  2. Dice pumpkin and chop garlic.
  3. Heat the wok by adding olive oil. Add garlic and stir quickly until brown. Add pumpkin dices and thyme.
  4. Add water and cook for 20 minutes with low heat. Blend the mix to puree.
  5. Heat up the soyamilk and add pumpkin puree. Stir up and bring it to bowl.
  6. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Pour quinoa on top. Serve.

Cream 250ml
Sugar 62.5g
Vitasoy Café For Baristas Soyamilk 250ml
Egg Yolk 150g
  Directions
  1. Heat up the cream and soyamilk.
  2. Add Sugar to the mixture and boil to 90℃.
  3. Beat egg yolks with the mixture and stir.
  4. Pour into ramekins and place ramekins in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in a water-bath at 165℃ for 20 minutes.
  6. Cool the remains uncovered under room temperature.
  7. Put in the fridge to cool completely after then.
  8. Sprinkle sugar on the top and caramelise by a torch. Serve.

Chia Seed 60g
Cream 200ml
Vitasoy Café For Baristas Soyamilk 200ml
Sugar 40g
Gelatine sheet 6g
Mixed Berrie 20g
  Directions
  1. Heat the mixture of sugar, cream and soyamilk until 80℃. Add chia seed and stir well gently.
  2. Soak the sheets of gelatine in ice water and drain the water when they turn soft. Bath them in hot water for melting. Stir with the soyamilk mixture.
  3. Chill the mixture to 25℃. Carefully pour into small bottles. Freeze in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Take out and garnish with mixed berries.
